Is a permit needed?
Yes, any set-up on the beach requires council authorisation and, depending on the case, coastal authority approval. It has to be requested in advance.
Is the wind a problem?
It is the main factor. Everything raised is calculated with ballast and the forecast is checked before the set-up.
