We process the data you give us through the contact form, the event planner, email, phone or WhatsApp for the following purposes:
- To deal with your enquiry and prepare and send you the quote requested.
- To manage the contractual relationship and provide the service if it is booked.
- To comply with the applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when you send us the request, the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures at your request, and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if a booking is made, for the periods required by law for tax and accounting obligations. After that it is deleted or blocked.
Recipients
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless legally required. Service providers needed to run the website and email may access it as data processors, under the corresponding contracts.
Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@alquilersonidomalaga.es, stating the right you are exercising and proving your identity.
