Can sound be provided along a procession route?
Yes, with several points spread along the route and standalone equipment where there is no power. It requires council authorisation, which has to be arranged in advance.
Is it suitable for a fun run?
Yes: start arch, finish and PA along the course, with a microphone for the commentator and music.
